Pleaser Heels Reworked (PHR) was established in April 2021. The owner and creator, Isabella, has since been transforming and personalising exotic heels for dancers and heel lovers around the world, capturing the business slogan "Enchanting and Extravagant Exotic Heels" in her work. Despite our business name, PHR will personalise any exotic heel brand to your preference. We are also the first custom exotic heel business to offer a proper Revamp service!
